Terms of Service
By booking a session with Shots By Nate ("we", "us", "Nate"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Engaging our services constitutes acceptance of these terms.
1. Sessions & Payment. A session is confirmed only once a date and time are mutually agreed upon. Prices may vary by location and are confirmed at booking. Payment terms are arranged directly between the client and Nate.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Nate will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling. Cancellations within 24 hours of the session may be subject to a fee at Nate's discretion.
3. Photography Rights. Nate retains the copyright to all images captured. Clients receive personal-use rights to their delivered photos. Commercial use, resale, or redistribution of images requires written permission.
4. Client Conduct. Clients are responsible for the conduct of themselves and their guests during a session. Nate is not liable for damage to vehicles or property during a shoot.
5. Image Delivery. Nate will deliver edited photos in a timely manner following the session. The number of final images and editing style are determined by Nate.
6. Liability. Shots By Nate is not liable for circumstances beyond our control, including weather, vehicle breakdowns, or venue restrictions. We will work with you to reschedule if needed.
7. Changes to Terms. We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Privacy Policy
Shots By Nate respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
1. Information We Collect. We collect your name, email, phone number, and message when you submit a booking inquiry. We use this solely to respond to your request and schedule sessions.
2. How We Use Your Information. Your contact details are used to communicate about your session, send confirmation emails, and provide photography services. We never sell your data to third parties.
3. Email Communications. When you submit the contact form, we send a confirmation email to the address you provide. You may opt out of further communications at any time.
4. Data Retention. We retain your inquiry information only as long as necessary to provide our services and respond to your requests.
5. Third-Party Services. We use email services (Gmail) to process inquiries. These providers have their own privacy policies governing data handling.
6. Your Rights. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at shotsby.nate120@gmail.com.
7. Security. We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including sanitizing inputs and validating requests on our contact form.
